Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) is a silent mantra (mind tool/vehicle) based meditation technique that helps the practitioner to reconnect to their inner calmness and experience a deep relaxation.

What you will learn:
The Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) Workshop is a 6 hour introductory course in meditation. The specific PSM technique taught in this course is an ancient meditation technique that has recently been revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon in collaboration with many experts from around the world.

You will be given your own personal Primordial Sound Mantra, and have the opportunity to meditate alone and with the group.

Part A
Session 1: The introductory session outlines the general principles of meditation as well as the history, mantra selection, science, and benefits of the Primordial Sound Meditation technique.

Session 2: The second session is a personal instruction session where you will be given your personal mantra, receive one-on-one guidance, and practice Primordial Sound Meditation for the first time.

Part B
Session 3: The third session is when your practice is refined. The group will be guided through the ins and outs of meditation. All questions on who, what, when, where, why, and how to meditate will be answered.

Session 4: The different levels of consciousness that can be experienced will be discussed. All remaining questions will be answered, and the workshop will come to a close with a relaxing group meditation.
