At MJSBioLynx Well Being, we want you to be thoroughly satisfied with your purchase. For a period of 30 days from the date of shipment, MJSBioLynx Well Being warrants the goods to be free from defect in material and workmanship to the original purchaser.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about your dissatisfaction. We will review your issue with you and if necessary we will provide you with a return of goods authorization number (RGA #) and instructions on how to return the product and how to receive your credit or refund. The products being returned must be in re-useable/re-sellable condition and must be returned in the original packaging including when required instruction sheets and manuals.
During the warranty period, we agree to issue credit, replace or repair defective and/or nonconforming goods or parts without charge for material or labour as per agreement with our customer.
During the warranty period, we agree to accept back stock products for full credit which were ordered in error by our customer and have met our return criteria. These products must be in new and re-sellable condition, in the original packaging with all materials, accessories and manuals intact. Customers will have to pay the shipping costs to MJSBioLynx Well Being.
During the warranty period, we agree to arrange with our Suppliers for a return of non-stock product(s) for credit which were ordered in error by our customer and has met our return criteria. Customers will have to pay shipping costs to MJSBioLynx Well Being and to our Suppliers. Customers may also have to pay a restocking charge if our Supplier is charging MJSBioLynx Well Being a restocking charge. These products must be in new and re-sellable condition, in the original packaging with all materials, accessories and manuals intact.
